Our beautiful community is located on the southeast side of Indianapolis just east of Thompson Road off of Arlington Avenue. The neighborhood consists of 144 owner-occupied units (36 quads).

We are a friendly, welcoming community that is proud of our neighborhood and the amenities we have to offer. We have a large clubhouse with a kitchen and a pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
